home finance
The common belief Americans have of homefinance is that it starts and ends with the mortgage. This is probably the most significant cost that comes with purchasing a property, though there are many other factors that play a role in determining the cost. Taxes can change drastically depending on the state, county or town. For example, in New Hampshire there is no sales tax but extremely high property taxes instead. Massachusetts, its’ neighbor, balances these two taxes in order to make homes a bit more affordable.
